TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Service Engagement

These Terms of Service govern the engagement between you ("Client") and Borgocom Media, LLC ("Agency") for our digital marketing services. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payment Terms

Fees are due as per the schedule in the SOW. Agency fees are typically billed in advance. All third-party costs, like ad spend, are the Client's responsibility. Services may be paused for overdue payments.

3. Legal Disclaimers & Liability

The Agency provides services with professional skill but does not guarantee specific results. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the three months prior to a claim.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential. This includes strategies, performance data, and other business information, and survives the termination of our agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
